3 Tips to Dry your Underwear on Rainy Days

If you don’t have a dryer and want to put on underwear something you should wash first, don’t despair and read these tips.

  1. The obvious: air conditioner, fan or hair blower

Hang the garment on a rope or hook near the air conditioner. But do not neglect: if it is a source of heat cannot be very close because if not the clothes will harden or worse. You can put a fan to move the air between the garments. The air circulation is essential for it to dry quickly and remain odourless. For smaller clothes, such as stockings or underwear, the ideal hair blower, as long as a distance of about 15 centimetres is maintained to prevent damage.

  1. The least obvious: Use the fridge

Yes, it’s serious: the fridge. For an urgent case, you can put folded wet clothes inside a bag and leave it overnight in the refrigerator. These devices reduce the humidity of the products (have you seen what happens to the cheese sheets?). Do it until it is completely dry. Of course, we warn you that it may not be with the best smell if your refrigerator is not clean, so just consider it before a real emergency.

  1. Double drying

An extra drying cycle in your washer will significantly reduce the drying time once it is hung. To do this, we recommend that you wait for the entire wash cycle to finish and repeat the spin. Your clothes will be almost dry.

Take a look to our online store and select the underwear you want to have delivered to your house!

Convertible Dress: The Best Clothes to Take on a Trip

Today he has given us to try to dress up the dresses that we take on a trip, and there is no better way to take advantage of the space of the suitcase (which is always scarce) than wearing a convertible dress that can be put in several ways and that can It occupies practically space.

The only downside of choosing convertible dresses? You have to practice a little to put it on and be able to change its configuration, but with practice in the end it is very simple.

And the good thing is that the size of the dress is not a big problem because we can manage it in different ways. It will surely work for you.

Remember that here at Lucy and Loo you can buy premium quality and elegant convertible dresses that you can wear more than one time by wrapping it around your body in a unique way.

What can complement a convertible dress for bridesmaids

The first advice is to always keep in mind the cut and colour of the dress to choose any complement, as it will be your base. This will be how to put together a puzzle and every detail will perfectly fit. If you already decided that they will wear a red evening dress because it was always your illusion, let them participate in the rest of the process, because another objective is that they also feel beautiful and in the same channel as you. Here you have the main accessories for bridesmaids.

  1. Flower bouquets and corsages

If your ladies wear their own bouquet with flowers to achieve harmony with your natural bridal bouquet, they will create a visual appeal for your wedding. They may be too small to take care of practicality, but they are not afraid of creativity. If you like classic details and don’t want to worry about caring for flowers, a corsage on the wrist would be the ideal option.

To achieve the best choice, opt for the most appropriate according to the style of the celebration. Ask the wedding flower arrangement provider; He will be the most suitable professional to help you decide on pastel colours or well-marked and bright tones.

The variety of textures with flowers and leaves will also give a total twist to your appearance. They even take care if they want them to be static or with hanging details for a more natural and carefree look.

  1. Shoes

If you are a bride with classic tastes and all will wear the same dress, the ideal is to apply the same rule with the shoes, although licenses can always be taken. Why not the same colour, but different model? This guarantees comfort and safety for everyone on the big day.

While uniformity will give them the special touch to accompany the bride, it is important to keep in mind that they can also achieve it based on style. That is to say, that all coincide in the type of footwear, be it sandals, sneakers with thin or wide heels, with straps or open, as appropriate for the place of the party.

Even if the dress lends itself, they can all wear shoes of different colours, but of the same model. It is recommended that they be neutral tones, unless the style of the event is very crazy. And if your ladies will wear cocktail dresses in midi or knee length, let the shoes be the protagonists.

  1. Bag

The characteristics of your bag can give a total turn to the ladies set. Here you have to take into account the size, texture, colour and even shape, because each detail conveys something different. If you wear something very sophisticated, maybe a clutch or a minaudière with plain details, in glitter or rhinestones is ideal. A wristlet style bag is not a bad option either. The one that hangs from his wrist will allow them greater ease to support the bride when she needs it, in addition to giving a tender and formal touch at the same time.

Or look in the catalogue of party bags for a design with chain or long slim handle to be able to carry it on the shoulder with your makeup basics and your cell phone to capture the best moments. Among all the options, look for pieces that give them an elegant and subtle appearance and that they can reuse in any other event.

  1. Jewellery

Delicate and simple jewellery is always versatile, so if you choose to wear an equal bracelet, bracelet or necklace, it will be a very nice detail that you will also have as a souvenir. Depending on the style of the party they can bet on thin chains with a precious stone that has a special meaning or colour. Even as a girlfriend you can give them some details to ask your ladies to accompany you and that they could wear on the big day.

If you marry in front of the sea, why not an ankle brace? It will look perfect on each of your ladies, just like some earrings with a particular design or, if your beach party dress needs subtle accessories, look for a dedicated pendant for them.

  1. Hair accessories

For this they can rely on the headdress of the bride. For example, if you wear crystals, the ladies would complement well with small versions among the textures of the hairstyle. If it is an outdoor or day wedding, the flowers are very romantic and are carried even in the hair. In fact, floral headbands still do not go out of style, whether they are very wide or delicate, as long as they do not take centre stage from the bride!

If you wear an elegant hairstyle, you can also look for pins or brooches with discreet rhinestones for something sophisticated. While tiaras are prohibited for ladies and guests (there can only be one queen at the wedding!), A discreet plain and metallic headband can be ideal for framing hairstyles with braids and, above all, loose hair.

As you have endeavoured so that each wedding centrepiece harmonizes with the lighting, the colours of the reception and the concept of the party, think about the ladies as a whole. Choosing each accessory of your outfit can be an adventure that will unite them much more and strengthen the ties that motivated you to choose them to support you in this important step. Do not forget to have fun in the search for the best accessories and the evidence of collected hairstyles. After all, going out with friends is a guarantee of fun.

Guide for Fashion:Heart Symbolism in Jewellery

Considered an indispensable part of our image, jewellery is not only a decorative element but also an element of great symbolism, because although some do not notice it, the pieces we use represent others, our ideas and the vision we have of life. That is why for a long time, the world of jewellery has been filled with an infinity of elements and shapes, to bring a different meaning to each jewel; and among them the heart is one of the forms or designs most used and with greater symbolic load.

Since, traditionally many meanings are attributed to them, among them are friendship, femininity, union and righteousness. However, it is more universally known as the symbol of love in its different forms, since it is associated with the concept that the heart is the centre of the emotions and feelings of human beings and especially love.

An idea that began to become popular in seventeenth-century England, when it began to be used in the exchange of Valentine’s postcards, and that was gradually spreading throughout the world until it acquired the romantic character it possesses today. So, it is difficult to get a place in the world where a “I love you” is not accompanied by a heart-shaped detail or object, especially on that day of the year.

Remember that here at Love Lockets you will find beautiful lockets online in Australia that you can order and start enjoying as soon as possible. You can even order custom heart lockets online that are made according to your likes.

How did hearts become popular in jewellery?

One of the most common objects in this type of occasions is jewellery, and this makes it possible to find a wide variety of jewellery pieces with hearts such as earrings, bracelets, rings and necklaces. But perhaps, one of the most popular pieces is the split heart pendant, because besides being an original detail that adapts to any age, it is a declaration of eternal love to the recipient. Being also versatile and elegant and of course a timeless jewel.

Taking into account the spiritual context we can establish another meaning, since the heart is considered the symbol of divine presence and divine love. Although also because of its similarity with the shape of an inverted triangle, it symbolises the holy grail, cup used by Jesus Christ at the last supper and that is said, contains the essence of immortality.

Since, although there are many meanings that are associated with the heart, mainly jewels with this form are carriers of the feelings of love and gratitude we have towards others. Therefore, be they friends, parents, brothers, couples and children, all are worthy of a piece of jewellery that symbolically demonstrates and celebrates what we feel for them.

Undoubtedly, jewels with this shape are carriers of great beauty and the greatest feeling that exists; more than enough reasons for jewellers around the world to continue taking it as inspiration to design their pieces and with them continue to fill our lives with meaning. Therefore, if you are looking for the ideal gift for a special person, these jewels are definitely a safe bet.

The heart in jewellery through out history

Throughout history, the heart has been a symbol of power, as well as an amulet of strength. In the Scriptures it was used as the core of life where they converged beyond the mind, spirit and soul, emotions and understanding. Some definition describes it as “the centre of total personality in relation to intuition, feeling or emotion; it is the centre of emotion, in contrast to the head, which is the centre of the intellect.”

The Egyptians placed the conscience in the same heart, considering that this was the source of good and bad thoughts. After death he took on a special role. They mummified it and kept it under the protection of the god Tuamutef.

Today we use the heart symbol frequently to show love to others, not only love as a couple but also brotherly love, filial love and friendship. Surely many of you have received hearts drawn from your little ones with a “I love you, mom” or “I love you, dad”

In Jewellery, this figure is the great protagonist of the silver charms that are usually given mostly to the couple, usually they give hearts to them … But there are also stories created between friends or sisters who give hearts, and the prettiest ones that usually really reach the heart … the jewels of heart that children give to their mothers.

All of us have received or have ever given a heart, even ours. Who has not drawn as a teenager a heart in his notebook with the name of a girl. Thousands of stories are written with a heart in between.

So, if you are thinking of an original gift for that special person, check out our hearts and make your day.

It is useful and tremendously effective if, for example, what you are looking for is to advertise a restaurant, a new home-made take-away place or the most modern cocktail bar.

Direct marketing is a very effective formula for contacting and influencing people and their consumption habits, even more so in the catering sector. Of all the tools that serve this purpose, flyers are a very economical tactic that loyalty to the audience and get potential customers to enter an establishment. The key is to be very clear when, how and where they have to be distributed.

Here at Morning Star Press we help you improve your image and branding in flyers consistently. Do not hesitate to contact us for top quality printing services!

Location, schedule and promotions, keys for advertising in restaurants

Impact on customers near the place where the service is located makes them much more receptive when considering whether or not to go to the establishment. With regard to restoration, this is especially important as people tend to be more interested in those restaurants that are closest to us for comfort and accessibility. If we add to this a good planning of delivery schedules, the chances of attracting new users are greater.

It also influences the schedule of the distribution of flyers: the best times to distribute the brochures are those close to breakfast, lunch and dinner. Thus, people are more likely to be hungry and to be considering (or already looking for) where to satisfy their appetite.

With regard to working days, it is interesting to take advantage of these moments to advertise the lunchtime menus. In addition, if the distribution is done, for example, in areas with office buildings, the chances of the menu message impacting will increase considerably.

Nor should we forget about promotions. If the commercial mailman stands in front of the restaurant delivering flyers that contain vouchers with discounts, offers for certain drinks, 2×1 for the next visit, etc., more likely to succeed.

Flyers are, therefore, a key offline marketing technique to advertise a restaurant thanks to its low cost and its ability to effectively impact a proximity campaign, both when generating traffic to the place and attracting and loyalty customers potential.

10 keys to make the perfect flyer

The realization of a flyer often requires the intervention of a good graphic designer or an agency. However, we must not lose sight of the fact that the flyer must be there to sell, so in addition to the design, we must take care of the message and the offer and many times, when we do not have an agency available only we can guarantee it.

First, for the printing of a flyer, we must choose between different formats, the most common is the A5 format. This format has the advantage of being distributed in bars, pubs, restaurants. But it is also possible to make smaller flyers the size of business cards.

The thickness of the paper also has its importance, it will depend on the life of the flyer and its mode of distribution. In the street for example it will be necessary to privilege a flyer with a low and less expensive weight, but for a deposit in a store or place of passage such as a restaurant, a hotel where the flyer will be available for several days or weeks, will be It is necessary to adopt a higher weight.

Once you have defined your budget, where and how you distribute it and the main offer, think about the design of the flyer.

Then, we leave you 10 tips to make a flyer that is a success.

To carry out this task we have to respect the AIDA method in the construction of the flyer.

  • Attention (Attract attention).
  • Interest (Arouse interest, talk about the problem and its solution).
  • Desire (provoke desire: remember the benefits of your offer through a simple list).
  • Action (call to action): These can be words like: free presentation, sample, discount coupon, etc.

Of course, your message must be different depending on whether you want to generate traffic, find potential customers or generate sales.

1 – An offer with a hook!

Hook offers are one of the most effective tools in the design of a marketing strategy, they allow you to go through all the stages of the conversion funnel as quickly as possible. Choose a slogan that is easy to remember, or provocative (Your first free appointment), or present your offer objectively (Recycle your ink cartridges in 24 hours) or simply make an irresistible offer (for example: English lessons € 5 per hour). It’s about getting attention and making the potential client want to know more.

Of course, there are magic words like: Easy, Free, Offer, Exceptional, Promotion, Discover, Become, etc.

2.Use a design that attracts attention

We have a few milliseconds to convince our client to read your offer. Therefore, we must attract attention with bright and original, or eye-catching colours (the choice of colours may depend on the offer, because flashy colours are more for young people, black is “exclusive”).

It is also important to put an image on your flyer. We all know that a picture is worth a thousand words. Avoid putting a multitude of small images, prefer a very large illustrative image that attracts attention immediately.

In fact, an image or graphic attracts attention and immediately passes an emotion, allowing you to have a specific support that will announce your product or offer.

We have to take care of our image, do not hesitate to use the copyright-free image websites such as pexels.com and unsplash.com to find the correct image that will best illustrate our offer. But always remember that it is the image that should illustrate the offer, not the other way around!

3 – Present a testimony, an appointment or a study result.

There is nothing stronger than the testimony of a satisfied customer, reassuring and giving confidence.

A testimony is even stronger if there is the name, the person’s last name and their city. Similarly, if we have a study or a survey result, we will not hesitate to submit it (for example, 95% of clients have found immediate effects in 2 weeks!).

3 Tips to Optimise your Conversion Rate (CRO)

Also known as percentage or conversion rate, the conversion rate is one of the most important metrics of performance-oriented campaigns and any e-commerce or web page whose objective is to generate sales, records or downloads.

It is the metrics responsible for measuring advertising efficiency, which indicates the percentage of users who end up making a conversion, which can be a purchase, a registration, become a follower in a social network or, if they are bold like us in Praise! even a test drive and driving!

All this depends on the brand strategy and the objectives of the campaign. That is why they are widely treated, discussed and negotiated in the usual interactions between agencies and customer marketing departments. It is one of the most important Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) of any digital campaign and defining it properly is vital to be able to measure its performance. That is why optimising it (CRO = Conversion Rate Optimisation) should be a common practice to improve the performance of a campaign.

Here at MLK Marketing we offer you second to none digital marketing services to boost your sales.

How to calculate the conversion ratio?

Once you have defined in depth what the conversion will be, we can start making numbers. The conversion ratio is calculated by dividing the conversions by the total click volume.

Conversion Rate = Conversions / Clicks

For example, if an online campaign has generated 1000 clicks and 58 sales that campaign will have a conversion rate of 5.8%. Broadly speaking, if a website has, say, 900,000 monthly visits and an average 8500 conversions, the conversion rate of the site will be 0.94%. That is, of every 100 users of the site, 1 will end up performing a conversion.

CR = 8,500 / 900,000 = 0.0094444 = 0.94%

The importance of the conversion ratio is that, by optimising the site or campaigns to improve this metric, it will be possible to generate more sales or leads with the same volume of traffic and investing the same amount of money. If the conversion ratio is increased by 25%, in the same scenario, the cost per acquisition would be reduced by 25%.

The importance of the CRO

The optimisation of the conversion ratio will be the way forward for advertisers who need to increase their sales volume without increasing advertising investment, it is also always a KPI to be targeted and in which we should never stop working. The better the CRO, the more sales volume we will attract to our customers and the more we make the business profitable, which, interestingly, can mean an increase in advertising investment by becoming a profitable return channel.

Although how everything is not as simple as it seems. Sometimes the success of a campaign can always be coerced by the market of the sector, if we push well below the market average in our campaigns it is possible that CRO is better if the segmentation is adequate but that the volume of acquisition is see limited … there is the magic of the good optimiser! Always ensure that this indispensable KPI is aligned with the rest of the client’s markers to achieve their overall objectives.

How to optimise the conversion ratio

The conversion ratio optimisation is the set of practices aimed at improving the percentage of users who perform a conversion on the website.

Optimising conversion ratio is a cross-cutting task that must be addressed by focusing on different areas:

  1. Site and web traffic analysis

The first step to improve the overall conversion rate of a site will be to evaluate the conversion funnel and identify the points at which users are falling. For this, it is essential to have a web analytics tool and have conversion tracking and web page events implemented.

At this point, aspects such as the conversion funnel, the loading time of the site, the performance of the site content, traffic sources or analysis of geographic or demographic data should be analysed.

  1. A / B test

The A / B tests allow a comparative analysis of two different landing pages, with their corresponding layouts, to analyse which one has the best performance.

Through the A / B tests you can test from colours, CTA’s or Calls to Action, to copies, images or font types and sizes. The different versions of the landing page will be displayed randomly, each one at 50% of the visits, to statistically determine which version of page has the best performance.

  1. Analysis of recruitment campaigns

Other key elements to improve the overall CRO of a site are: the evaluation of the performance of the recruitment campaigns and the optimisation of these with the aim of improving the conversion ratio.

At the catchment level it will be necessary to attend to different aspects to improve performance:

  • Campaign segmentation analysis: analyse the segmentation used in each of them and prioritise visibility in locations, audiences, devices and schedules in which the performance is better, will allow to focus and move the investment to the segments that best do they work.
  • Ad test: Ads are another important element when it comes to improving the conversion ratio. It is convenient to test different ads, with various claims, copies or CTA’s, to see what type of ads can improve the conversion ratio.
  • Landing pages test: testing the performance of the LPs in the different campaigns will be another key element to improve the conversion ratio. Testing different types of LPs or checking if the conversion rate of a campaign improves by sending the user to a product category page or to an individual product page will be key when it comes to increasing the number of sales without increasing Campaign investment.

With these simple tips you should see a real increase in conversions. Do not forget to document what you did, since that information is vital when making decisions.

Here at MLK Marketing we will define the most suitable strategy to ensure your goals are achieved and conversion rates skyrocket by driving more traffic to your website, traffic that is truly interested in the products and services you offer.

As soon as the heat begins to tighten it seems that humans tend to become amphibious. We look forward to any aquatic area to soak our body. Now we can add more to the theory that ensures that all current species are the evolution of a fish that came out of the sea. Jokes aside, it is undeniable that most of us love beaches and coasts. We love to enjoy the sun and the breeze and, above all, the water. So much so that many families and communities of neighbours have a swimming pool in their homes next to which they spend most of their free time. If you are one of those lucky ones, stick with these ideas that we propose to prepare a memorable pool party.

  1. Design the invitations. You can create them online and send them by email through applications like this. You can also lustre your creative ability and make them by hand. Thus, each guest will receive them in their home mailbox. An option that we like is to prepare VIP passes with cardboard and fasten them with a bow so that each visitor carries it hanging around the neck.
  2. Decoration. This is where you will be able to make a difference between your pool party and any other. You can use coloured balloons and garlands to create atmosphere. You can fill the pool with floats, churros or inflatable balls. If it is a more formal celebration, decorate the surface with flower garlands, floating candles or water lilies. Around it places sun loungers, hammocks and mats for sunbathing between bath and bath. If you have a garden with enough space you can separate environments. You can make a barbecue area and another for food or snack. You will find proposals that surely you like here.
  3. Catering. What the body asks for most on a hot day are light and fresh meals. You cannot miss fruit skewers, as appealing to the eye as to the palate, in addition to juices and lemonade. You can organize a buffet where guests can choose between different types of canapés, spreads or cold soups.
  4. Games. Let’s start from the base that playing is not just a children’s thing. Having this clear, we can prepare some things to have fun regardless of the age of our guests. You can place a net that crosses the pool and organize a volleyball match in the water. You can play the classic Marco Polo. Another good idea is to organize a circuit, creating a route with some complication, depending on the space you have and the imagination you put. Finding the treasure is also a fun game in which everyone can participate. And finally, you can start a good war of guns or water balloons. You will have a guaranteed laugh time.

A good host must have initiative to propose fun ideas and create an environment that brings out the best of all attendees. If you are lucky enough to enjoy a pool in your home, share it with others and give a day to remember.

The perfect option for birthday parties

The outdoor parties, and even more in the pool, are wonderful to enjoy the hottest days and have fun with the little ones. Celebrating their birthdays at the pool is unusual, but it is undoubtedly an event that enchants children and adults.

Our children grow by leaps and bounds and have grown tired of birthday parties at home and in playgrounds. Therefore, the idea of celebrating the birthday of the kids in the pool is fantastic and, in addition, it is perfect to cool down a bit.

All children have a swimsuit and flip flops that serve to enjoy a great water birthday party, but before giving some small ideas to organize it, we will give some guidelines that should never be forgotten during a pool party.

We know that in any of them there will be lifeguards who will be responsible for ensuring the safety of our children. However, and although we do not doubt their professionalism, we must, as parents, always stay close at all times. A float and some sleeves, if anyone still does not know how to swim very well, will not be enough. The most advisable thing is that the adults who watch are in the water with the minors to avoid any misgivings.

In addition, we will have to notify, in this case to the lifeguard, if we have to leave the pool for a short period of time and never leave another child in charge of the other children, even if it is bigger. It is also important to remind them that they should not swallow the pool water since they could get sick, even if it is in perfect condition.

Are you preparing your child’s birthday party and don’t want to spend a lot of money?

No problem, with these ideas your party will be a success and spending little.

The idea of holding it in the pool can take away more of a headache. The organization is much simpler than we think and we can get a great birthday with very little. You can choose to talk with the parents of other children and offer them the idea of wearing their own swimsuits and enjoying birthday together.

When it comes to celebrating any birthday, there is no doubt that the most important are the invitations. We will do them with our son and it will surely be a lot of fun. We must be original and creative, and decorate our invitations with elements related to the theme of the party, or buy small beach balls, which will have to inflate our son’s classmates and friends to see all the necessary data. Remember the lifesavers!

Remember that if you want to ensure your pool is fulfilling the requirements in terms of safety, here at Pool Certify you’ll find fully accredited certifiers.

Tips on How to maintain a Children’s pools Effectively.

The children’s pools are designed for the little ones and, therefore, the dimensions are very small. By having so little water, it can get dirty and heat quickly. If this situation is not monitored and the water is treated in some way, the pool can become a perfect breeding ground for bacteria and germs. Here we tell you how to prevent this from happening and we give you some small pool maintenance tricks.

As a general rule, when one is going to buy a children’s pool, it does not include any type of treatment plant (at least the smallest ones). When the water is dirty, it empties and fills again. But of course, changing the water every time it is not in condition, besides assuming a significant waste of water and an economic outlay, is not an action that is too respectful of the environment.

Contact us here at Pool Certify and we’ll be happy to assist you and answer any questions you may have regarding the services we offer for certifications.

We propose the following tips:

1.- Regulate the pH level

The pH measurement is carried out very easily using a “pH Tester”. It is very economical and you can find it in any pool store. The measurement and regulation of the pH level must be carried out before anything else, since in this way the chemical products that we apply later will act more effectively.

2.- Apply chlorine

Chlorine is a water disinfectant that prevents the growth of microorganisms and is essential for the maintenance of swimming pools (small or large). To apply the chlorine, you can use a “chlorine dispenser”, which is a floating buoy where the chlorine tablets that are gradually dissolving are deposited inside. Chlorine dispensers usually carry, in the part that is submerged, a regulator (see photo) that allows to regulate the amount of chlorine that you want to dissolve (the larger the opening, the faster the tablet will dissolve). To learn more about the treatment of removable pools, click here.

3.- Cover the pool

When you are not going to use the pool, cover it with a plastic cover, if it is possible not to let sunlight. If it is opaque, it prevents photosynthesis from developing and seaweed proliferating (causing the water to look neglected, with green and cloudy water). In addition, with this cover you will also prevent dirt from falling inside: dust, insects, leaves, etc. (This trick is the one commonly used for small pool maintenance). You can also place an isothermal cover, although in this case it would not be opaque.

4.- Buy a cartridge filter

If your children’s pool is one that does not have any purification system, put a cartridge filter. In addition to filtering the particles that are dissolved in the water, you will help to mix the chlorine with the rest of the water. It may be that the pool is cheaper than the filter itself, but in the long run it will compensate you.

If you carry out the four tips mentioned above (at least the first 3!) They will help you solve most of the typical small pool maintenance problems.

Cartridge filters usually have a very low power that makes it impossible to use manual pool cleaners. In these cases, we can opt for a Ventury Pool Cleaner. It is a pool cleaner that does not require the suction force of a filter to absorb particles from the bottom of the pool. It works simply with the force exerted by the water in the hose that connects to the base. The impurities are retained in a cloth sock that is subsequently cleaned.

Ventury Pool Cleaner Kit for Children’s Pools.

If you need to renew your pool, choose to buy a Toi or Gre Pool (both are domestic manufacturers). Both one brand and the other have two types of swimming pools for children depending on the structure that makes it up: steel sheet and tubular structure. Do you have more questions about how to treat the water in a children’s pool? Or do you want to share your tips and suggestions for the maintenance of small pools?

Water filtration and circulation

The filtering system in a pool is not that complicated either but we must understand the function of each element; Skimmers, sump, suction nozzle, discharge nozzles, pump, valve, prefilter and filter, electrical panel and piping system.

The filtration system are several devices that are responsible for clarifying the water and filtering it retaining those particles that we do not want them to be and returning a completely clean water.

It must be taken into account that in the maintenance of removable, prefabricated or small pools, they do not always have such a complex circulation system. Here we play what we have spent on construction or purchase.

How to maintain the filtering system of a pool?

The place and location of the pool – pool. We will have a better maintenance if it is surrounded by trees, grass or sand, than if it is surrounded by cement or wood, or if they are protected with pergolas or enclosed – automatic covers in the garden. (See article terrace enclosures, with useful tips and pergolas in the garden.

The time that the treatment plant will be running. The appropriate time would be that we at least pass all the water twice through the filter during the day. The switching on of a treatment plant is usually between 4 and 6 hours a day, if we see impurities and stains, then we will raise it to 7 – 8 Hours.

The pump may be the most important element of the entire installation. The amount of water that is capable of aspirating and boosting is called “flow” and that will go in relation to the volume of the pool:

  1. In modern pools we find the 6-way valve or key next to the filter that controls the different maintenance operations in the circuit; wash, rinse, drain, recirculation or bypass … etc. To understand its operation, we leave the following scheme:
  2. In the maintenance of the filter. Keep in mind that the slower the flow rate of the water that passes through the filter, the better the filtering will be… How to maintain and what to consider when using the filters?
  3. Sand filters: Rinse the filter backwash when the pressure increases from 8 PSI to 10 PSI from the initial reading.
  4. Diatomaceous filters: follow the filter instructions for backwashing.
  5. Cartridge filter: clean the filter following the filter instructions.

Remember that if you want to ensure your pool is fulfilling the requirements in terms of safety, here at Pool Certify you’ll find fully accredited certifiers

The book also delves into a wide range of possible scenarios and mathematically explains the optimal moves in each case. Although it is a fairly dense book, which relies heavily on numbers and equations, it uses simple language and you will really see the effort rewarded, in a much more conscious game, since it will be you who handle the numbers.

The Benefits of Physiotherapy. Get it done today

In this note we will talk about physiotherapy, a technique that works in patients whose condition can no longer be treated with medications or surgical operations. Thanks to physiotherapy people can recover mobility in parts of the body where they had lost it due to some blow, trauma, injury or accident.

In Parkwood Green Medical we have the physiotherapy service, and of course, the specialised medical team to perform it based on the needs of the patients, and also taking into account what led the patient to have the condition.

In order to offer a good service, we take into account how difficult it can be for the patient and his family to go through this process. Although many conditions are difficult to treat, the goal of physiotherapy is that as far as possible, people can recover or improve their quality of life and perform those activities they like so much.

Through physiotherapy it is that many patients get to do things that they never imagined were capable of, and although sometimes the process becomes slow, it requires not only the positivism and the disposition of the patient, but also the support of Family and friends, and of course, from a professional medical team that has the experience and proper preparation. In addition to vocation, since this is elementary to do a good job and achieve empathy with patients and that they cooperate and have a good attitude towards the process, especially those who must remain with the therapies for long periods of time. We remind you that in Parkwood Green Medical we have the best group of physiotherapists, who are highly committed to their work.

This therapy covers three important points that we will talk about.

Prevention. Here physiotherapists ensure that patients with some special condition do not get sick or get worse, this in order not to present any more serious or difficult to treat. Remember that prevention is always better than cure.

Treatment. Physiotherapists are also in charge of offering the patient medical treatment to help make rehabilitation therapies more effective and recovery faster, but of course, this will depend on the patient’s condition, since not all conditions are the same, also Each fall and accident has its complexities and must be treated in a personalized way and with a previous study of the case to understand the injury and know what is the best treatment for the patient and determine if after receiving it he will need the attention of a physiotherapist.

Rehabilitation. When a certain disease, whether congenital or not, or a condition due to a fall or accident is already suffered, the sessions must inevitably be taken with the physiotherapist indicated by the doctor, since these will be vital in the recovery of the patient, for what we recommend to the patients and their families that they do not skip any sessions, and that the patients follow the exercises and the indications of the team and medical personnel to the letter. Rehabilitation sessions are aimed at avoiding the consequences that the injuries could leave, so it is important to be treated in a timely manner. This part of physical therapy can also be accompanied by massages in areas of the body that are being affected by an injury or illness.

It has been scientifically proven that this therapy is very effective in this type of patients, and that it really helps them to regain control of parts of the body that were damaged or that suffered a significant injury. Therefore, each session with the physiotherapist must be taken with the importance and due seriousness, since this is essential so that the physiotherapist can do a good job, but for this, it is essential that the patient does not lose sight of the fact that although the process can be long and sometimes even tedious, they are carried out by medical indications and with the sole purpose of having a full regularisation.

We have physiotherapists, who not only have the preparation and knowledge to carry out their work satisfactorily, but they are also highly committed to the health and recovery of each of their patients.

Some of the therapies that physiotherapists carry out use factors such as heat or cold so that they work and are suitable for the patient and his condition. In the same way, each and every one of the exercises they use in their patients are basic and indispensable so that the affected person can recover the lost mobility of any of its members, which is essential so that he can eventually return to his activities.

We want you to know that in Parkwood Green Medical we study each case with time and relevant studies before prescribing treatment or rehabilitation to the patient. In our centre you will receive the treatment and attention you deserve, since our entire team is fully identified with our values and we also understand what going through this process means for the patient and his family, so our treatment is human and personalised at all times.

Remember that if doctors and operations have already done their best to improve your condition, there is still physical therapy as an auxiliary method, and it is never more to treat and try with the means available to you. Not for nothing this therapy has been used for many years with effective and satisfactory results for those who undergo it.

If you or a family member or friend are living a condition that does not allow them to move any part of their body as before, you should know that in Parkwood Green Medical we have an alternative that can significantly improve their quality of life. So, think no more and make the decision to make an appointment today.

Do not allow the condition to progress further or the muscles to atrophy, we are sure that we can help you. Once you experience our treatment you will not allow any health condition to go out of control.

Ketosis Breath: When Your Diet Affects Your Oral Health

The ketogenic diet has made noise in the health community, and with good reason. It has worked for many people to limit their carbohydrate intake, so that the body burns fat instead of glucose, which helps to lose weight. If you are following a ketogenic diet, you may experience some unpleasant side effects that accompany the positive changes on the scale. A frequent complaint, for example, is the so-called ketosis breath. Understanding the origin of breath by ketosis is the first step to ensure that your diet does not affect your oral health.

Remember that if you have any type of problem with your teeth, you should visit Parkwood Green Dental, here we will help you with that.

Ketosis and breath

If a lifestyle with a low carb diet is supposed to be healthy, why does it result in bad breath? The answer is in how your body breaks down fats. After changing a typical high-carb diet for one that promotes fat and protein, your body goes into a state of ketosis. As the University of California, San Francisco explains, ketosis is a process in which your body begins to burn fat for energy, since there are no reserves of glucose (your body’s preferred energy source) available immediately. While in ketosis, your body transforms fat cells into three types of ketones, which are by-products of fat. One of these ketones, called acetone, is basically unusable by the energy reserves of your body.

The ketogenic diet and oral health

By changing carbohydrates for healthy fats and proteins, your body goes through several changes. While ketosis breath tends to be associated with a low carb lifestyle, diet can also have a positive effect on your oral health. After all, avoiding carbohydrates is also avoiding industrial sugars, which the American Dental Association mentions as part of the worst foods for oral health. Because oral bacteria reproduce thanks to sugar, reducing their intake can decrease tooth decay.

A low carb diet can also help reduce inflammation. A study by BMC Oral Health found that a diet low in carbohydrates and high in omega-3 fatty acids resulted in lower rates of gingivitis in patients. So, although a low carb diet can cause you to have bad breath, it can actually help improve your overall oral health.

How to freshen your breath

If you have noticed that you have ketosis breath and still want to continue with your ketogenic diet, consider some of these methods to combat bad breath:

  • Chew sugar-free gum to help stimulate saliva flow and freshen your breath.
  • Adjust your intake of complex carbohydrates, such as leafy green vegetables and whole grains, while continuing to avoid refined carbohydrates.
  • Fill a bottle of water and drink it for drinks throughout the day.
  • Continue with good oral hygiene habits. A ketogenic lifestyle, although beneficial to oral health, is not a substitute for brushing teeth and flossing daily.
  • Add fresh herbs to water and tea. Herbs such as clove, cinnamon, mint and fennel naturally freshen your breath.

The Four Guilty of Strong Dental Pain

There are few things as annoying as tooth ache. But when strong dental pain is a minor problem and when is it cause for concern? The difference is in how the pain started. Some problems are easy to solve, while others talk about a deeper problem that you will have to consult with your dentist. Depending on your symptoms, you can develop a treatment plan that says goodbye to dental pain so you can return to a routine without discomfort.

  1. Worn enamel

When biting an ice lolly or drinking hot tea causes you to shiver in pain, that sensitivity to heat and cold can be a problem that goes beyond your diet. Temperature sensitivity tends to be a side effect of damaged enamel, which cannot be recovered once it has worn out. Damaged enamel is an erosion of hard mineral that protects the surface of the teeth, as explained by the National Institute of Dental and Craniofacial Research (NIDCR), and is usually the result of exposure to an acid or an excess in sugar consumption. Worn enamel can result in tooth decay, but produces sensitivity to extreme temperatures much earlier than that. If you suspect that this is the reason for your strong tooth pain, talk to your dentist and strengthen your teeth to help prevent future damage.

  1. Cavities

If the enamel wears to the point of exposing the nerves of the teeth, it has a cavity. Many times, these cavities manifest as acute pain, especially when you bite something hard, which does not necessarily have to be hot or cold to cause pain. In essence, the cavities are small fissures in the teeth, but keep in mind that they can lead to more complicated infections if they are not filled. Therefore, it is important that you visit your dentist as soon as you suspect you have one: the dentist can fill it in to prevent it from getting worse.

  1. Fractured tooth

Maybe he took a hard food bite or suffered an accident in a contact sport. Whatever the cause, fractured or splintered teeth can definitely lead to severe dental pain because, as with the erosion of the enamel, the delicate nerves inside the tooth are exposed. If you have a fractured tooth, your dentist may place a crown, a synthetic cover moulded into your mouth to seal the crack, to help you avoid pain and improve your smile after the accident.

  1. Filling or loosened dental treatment

Although crowns and fillings are made to be long-lasting solutions to dental problems, they can occasionally crack, loosen or even fall completely. In this case, it is possible that the severe tooth pain that had arisen from the exposed nerves will return, so you will have to visit your dentist for a repair or replacement of the treatment, or to talk about more lasting options.

Dental pain can be more than just an inconvenient problem. It is usually a sign that something else is happening, and the earlier the problem is treated, the faster you can return to your life without pain. Consult the dentist if you have severe dental pains and will return to normal quickly. Visit Parkwood Green Dental and ensure your teeth remain as healthy as always.

7 keys to Decorate a Wedding in the Country

Do you want to celebrate a rustic wedding, outdoors, without giving up all the glamor and elegance of a celebration of these characteristics? The keys are very simple, so just taking care of some simple details you can get a romantic look that will leave all your guests speechless.

The wedding season is getting closer and that is why, today, we bring you some tips to decorate a wedding in the country. We have raised today’s post as a tour of all those details that are important and should not be missed.

At Orchards at Spring Vale Farm you will find an excellent option for you as a natural place in the countryside with all the good things you can find in an excellent wedding venue.

Flowers and more flowers

Centerpieces with wild flowers in wooden bowls, garlands hanging from tree branches, petal carpets to receive the bride and groom … In a country wedding you cannot miss the floral arrangements, symbol of love and the beginning of a new life. Whether you choose wild flowers or white roses, chrysanthemums or coves, the effect will be very romantic.

Let the light reign

When it starts to get dark, the light is essential so that the party does not lose heart. Light up the corners with lanterns and old lamps, and make sure there is no lack of lighting on the tables of the guests, those of the buffet or in the dessert cart. Candles are also a good option, as long as the candlesticks are deep so they don’t go out if it makes a little air.

Rustic furniture

If you are going to celebrate your wedding in the countryside choose a wooden furniture seen: simple or old tables and chairs. To arrange the buffet of sweets or soft drinks you can use a cart, an old dresser or even stacked boxes. For their part, some clay pots can be very useful for storing details for guests, while classic coat racks will be very useful for attendees to hang their bags and jackets, which will prevent them from having to carry them throughout the entire celebration.

Blackboards and wooden signs

More wood! The decoration of the tables and the surroundings can be elegant and rustic at the same time using small blackboards to indicate where the diners should sit, the number of the table or even where the bathroom is. Sign the path to the place of the celebration with hand-painted wooden arrows, and hang some blackboards on the tree trunks so that guests can write congratulatory messages.

Natural fabrics

Linen, cotton, silk … The old linens will give a touch of distinction to the tables of the diners, and the chairs lined with white cloth covers will make you feel in a dream place. If you tie the fabrics to the chairs with strips of chiffon, tulle or lace, matching your wedding veil, you will create a bridal atmosphere. Cotton or wool rugs in a corner lit with lanterns and candles, and decorated with coloured cushions, will allow guests to sit and rest and chat, enjoying the natural environment to the fullest. And that there can be better than a s eating plan made with scraps of fabrics of different materials and colours!

Access Gate

Keep in mind that in outdoor ceremonies, unlike ceremonies in a church or a City Hall, there is no door through which the bride makes her entrance. For that reason, the first advice we leave you is that you should frame and give importance to the entrance of the bride. For this there is nothing better than creating a false gate, like the one in the image, that highlights the entry of both the guests and the bride.

The field is nature, freedom … Do not hesitate to use natural elements such as wood and if they are recycled / recovered, better than better! and of course the decoration with flowers and natural plants is something that cannot be missing.

The hall

After passing through our “false” access door, the path that leads to the nervous boyfriend, is another space that you should pamper. In itself, the path is defined and defined by the chairs of our guests, but that is not enough, we must make it have charm and for this there is nothing better than using flowers.

Keys to decorate a country wedding

Country Weddings: flowers, flowers and more flowers

In glass vases, in recycled vases, in small clay pots … The important thing is that the flowers are not lacking, as they will put the note of colour and freshness on the link.

And why is it important that it is in the cloud?

For security: Although some people and / or sites speak that it is a disadvantage of the programs in the cloud, but it is clear that any server is under threat of a computer attack, but do not fool any computer of a company is.

What does Cloud or cloud mean for the finance department

The benefits of moving from software in traditional mode (On-Premise) to a cloud model are many. The most mentioned by executives when asked about the issue, are:

  • Reduce the cost of total appropriation.
  • Access from anywhere.
  • Improvement of business processes.

The reduction of the cost of ownership of the business system has a significant benefit for finance. It is not just about reducing IT (Information Technology) spending. It is about reallocating the maintenance budget of various IT items to improve business processes and encourage financial innovation. For example:

  • Servers
  • Updates

A few years ago, Gartner published a report in which he argued that more than 90% of the IT budget is spent on maintenance, and only 9% is left to improve business processes. The result is a gap between the financial objectives of the organization and what they can provide of the systems in use. The software used as a service or in the Cloud changes this equation because the business is able to recover 50% or more of IT operating costs.

The question is: do you remember how it was to use different products, applications and even paper reports to manage your customer and financial information? If you still do not use software in the cloud to manage your commercial and financial information, do not worry.

In this blog we explain 9 things you will not miss working with disconnected data as soon as you pass your valuable financial and customer information to a cloud accounting solution.

  1. Financial and client information not updated

Have you ever tried to combine information from different sources and then realize that it is not up to date? Keeping the information in one place – in the cloud – means that it is always up to date.

  1. Worry about backups

The only thing that is worse than the non-updated information of an application is the loss of critical information. When your data is in the cloud, the backup is always guaranteed.

  1. Waste time with updates and patches

As an accountant, it is a pain to have to waste time with technical updates and patches. Luckily, all this is done automatically in the cloud, so you can concentrate on your true work.

  1. Make decisions using obsolete information

As you have access to the latest financial and customer information, you don’t have to wait for an email with the latest data, but you can make decisions and accelerate the growth of your business today.

  1. Access your data

When an important member of your competent accounting team goes home or, even worse, on vacation, can you still access their information? If financial and customer information is stored in the cloud, you and your teams can.

  1. Connect your applications (securely) between them

If you and your team use different applications, securely managing customer data requires a great job in itself. However, if you save key customer information in one place, in the cloud, you will save time and avoid technical difficulties.

  1. Unpleasant surprises

It is difficult to keep track of critical information for the business if notifications come from different sources. When your financial information is managed in the cloud, you can see what is happening in real time and even set up notifications on a site to get immediate updates.

  1. Ask yourself why your team has a hard time collaborating

Before the cloud, entrepreneurs and managers had to spend time making sure that the sales staff spoke with the accounting staff. Now, all your employees can collaborate using a single solution and they won’t have to waste time searching the latest sales reports or customer information in dozens of products and applications.

  1. Ask yourself if your reports are correct

Newer products and applications are only as intelligent as the person who creates the underlying formulas, and often require numerous updates and bug fixes. When your device uses cloud software with a superior global accounting engine, these formulas are already proven and proven.

Conclusion: The future of accounting is here, in real time, in the cloud

It’s time to find a new home for critical customer information for your business. If you pass the commercial and accounting information of the many different applications and products that your company uses to a cloud accounting solution, you will reduce business errors and increase the productivity of your equipment.

You will also protect key business data and ensure that sales and accounting teams collaborate on the latest information. And you will have a solution that will adapt to the growth of your business.

The best of all?

Connecting management with sales will give you the peace of mind of making business decisions based on the latest information. As a family that moves from its initial small house to a larger one, after your company adopts a cloud accounting solution, you will remember the days when your business lived with only disconnected customer data and ask yourself how you fixed them.

Here at Nudge Accounting you can outsource bookkeeping and accounting services so true professionals in the area can take care of it. Contact us today and reduce the margin of error in your activities.

  • In addition, future savings can be significant. A report prepared by the International Council of Chemical Associations found that the increase in the use of new energy-saving construction products (made possible by innovations in chemistry) could lead to a 41 percent reduction in energy consumption and a 70 percent reduction in greenhouse gas emissions by 2050.

Examples of construction area products made with chemical substances that promote the efficient use of energy and other resources:

  • Plastic insulation can be found throughout a building. Polystyrene and polyurethane are common in panel insulation. Polyurethane foam insulation can be used throughout the house and also for smaller jobs, such as filling gaps and difficult seal gaps to reduce air leaks, which can lead to lower energy costs. The plastic wrap can reduce the filtration of outdoor air in the home by an average of 10 and 50 percent, which allows reducing the energy needed to heat or cool the house.
  • Window panes made of polycarbonate plastic, lightweight and shock resistant have low thermal conductivity, which can help reduce heating and cooling costs. Vinyl window frames are properly energy efficient and allow the US to save. UU. almost 2 trillion thermal energy units per year, which reduces greenhouse gas emissions associated with power generation while reducing maintenance time, materials and costs.
  • Light coloured reflective roofing membranes made of vinyl or thermoplastic olefin blends are the main applications for energy savings. Changing the dark colour of the ceiling to a light one can be a simple way to reduce the rate of heat absorption in hot climates, which reduces the cost of air conditioning in the summer.
  • Vinyl wallcoverings are commonly used in hotels and health care facilities because they are durable and easy to clean. Vinyl requires only half the energy to manufacture compared to paper coatings.

The benefits of lightweight materials

The use of plastic in cars, from the windshield to the side panels of the drive axles, helps to create lighter and more fuel-efficient vehicles. Plastic auto parts account for 50 percent of their volume today, which significantly reduces the weight of the vehicle. This means that less fuel is needed and better mileage is achieved.

Plastic containers are an essential part of modern life for the protection and conservation of goods during transport and in business. Often, plastic is a very effective packaging material because its manufacturing is very efficient in terms of energy and is almost always lighter (sometimes significantly) than alternative materials. For example, plastic bottles can use up to 90 percent less material by weight than glass bottles. Light shipping means less fuel (and plastic products are shipped in more than one means of transport), and even transport pallets and flexible film protective wrappers can be made of plastic.

The best isolator?

It is a very light material, which in comparison to other insulators that also belong to the traditional group is very easy to transport and install. In the same way it happens with reflective thermal insulators, simple installation, storage and transport.

In addition, the reflective are characterised by having a very small size, its thickness ranges between 4 and 30 mm. Expanded polystyrene is not flame retardant, and although it is water resistant, there are a variety of opinions regarding its behaviour in the face of moisture, many sources claim that it tends to absorb it and loses enough efficiency.

On the contrary, it is proven that reflective thermal insulators are very resistant to both water and moisture, avoiding the occurrence of any problems derived from them.

If we look for points in common between two insulators, expanded polystyrene and reflective, we will emphasise that both prevent the appearance of fungi and bacteria, are easily recyclable and have great durability.

Extruded Polystyrene vs. reflective insulators

The composition of the extruded polystyrene is practically identical to that of the expanded one, however it has greater thermal resistance. If compared with the reflexive ones, we would see that the reflexive ones have a great thermal resistance and a smaller size, that is to say, they have the same effect occupying less, and the habitable surface is hardly reduced.

Note that extruded polystyrene is more rigid than expanded and therefore less flexible, and its installation is usually carried out by professionals. In the case of reflective thermal insulators, the installation is much simpler, because of its flexibility and how easy it is to handle it, only with scissors or cutter can it be cut.

Extruded or extruded polystyrene is quite durable and water resistant, but it is significantly affected by long exposures to moisture and loses efficiency, unlike reflective ones.

One of the great disadvantages of both extruded and expanded polystyrene is its questionable fire resistance. Some manufacturers market these products highlighting the characteristic that they delay their propagation; however they are not flame retardant, that is, they do not protect against fire.

Here at National Polystyrene you can purchase excellent polystyrene find excellent quality products that you can acquire at the most affordable price right now.

Ecological insulations: Materials that are good for the Environment

When talking about insulations, we could say that ecological insulations are those that have minimal impact on the environment and have a natural origin. Their advantage is that they are alternatives to the best-known insulating products, such as polyurethane foam, expanded polystyrene (EPS), extruded polystyrene (XPS), rock wool and fiberglass. The ecology is that ecological isolates do not require petroleum products for their production, therefore having a very favourable energy balance in their production, which is a support for the sustainable environment on the planet.

The manufacture of rock wool or fiberglass entails a high energy cost because glass has to be melted at very high temperatures that exceed 1000 degrees C to produce the product. Insulation, by reducing the amount of energy needed to heat or cool a building, is environmentally friendly.

Remember that Expanded Polystyrene (EPS) provided by NPS is an engineered material that can be shaped or profile cut into any simple or intricately designed object with the added benefit of being thermally efficient, lightweight, simple and safe to work with, fully recyclable and cost effective.

But not all insulating materials are equally environmentally friendly or environmentally friendly. There are natural insulating materials of natural origin and with a low fuel consumption necessary for their manufacture.

Among the ecological materials, these can be mentioned:

  • Cellulose
  • Wood fibre
  • Cork
  • Sheep wool
  • Cotton

However, it is necessary to point out, with respect to some ecological insulations, for example, that in cellulose the paper has already been used and has been manufactured once before and has had inks (which entails a contaminating action) or already has transported the product for its first use. Or also that the amount of water consumed to make pulp or wood fibre is much higher than that of a non-ecological product.

Cellulose

Cellulose is one of the most ecological insulation products in the world. Cellulose insulation is made from recycled newspaper and other paper sources, newspapers that might otherwise end up in landfills, releasing greenhouse gases as they decompose.

If all the newspapers that are deposited in landfills each year become cellulose insulation, approximately eight million tons of CO2 emissions would be saved.

Bulk cellulose is the insulation obtained from the recycling of unused newspaper, to which natural additives such as boron salts are incorporated.

Cellulose is composed of 75-85% recycled paper fibre, usually post-consumer newspaper. The other 15% is an element that slows the spread of fire, such as boric acid. Cellulose has the highest recycled content of all available insulations. For example, fiberglass has a maximum amount of 50% recycled content.

Another ecological property of cellulose is its low toxicity and the low environmental impact of its raw materials

Unrecycled cellulose insulation components remain environmentally preferable to foam insulation raw materials. Unlike foam insulators, cellulose does not produce significant gaseous emissions.

The toxicity of the raw materials of the types of insulation is usually higher during manufacturing or installation. Nor is this a significant problem in cellulose.

The built-in energy of cellulose insulation is the lowest of the popular types of insulation. Cellulose is made by electrically driven machines while mineral insulation is manufactured in fuel-driven ovens.

Bulk cellulose has the following characteristics, which make it an efficient and ecological insulation material:

  • Low thermal conductivity of 0.039 w / m k
  • High thermal resistance
  • Good fire behaviour Euro class Bs2-d0
  • Good acoustic behaviour
  • A very high specific heat of 2110 joules
  • Very high thermal lag (up to 12 hours in thicknesses of 200 and 250 mm)
  • It is a non-hydrophilic material (bad behaviour against water)
  • And the application techniques (blown-blow-wet projection without binders) do not require the completion of works

Wood fibre

Wood fibre is the insulation obtained from wood crushing (manufacturing waste) with dry pressing (low water consumption) or wet (higher water and energy consumption), to which natural additives are added, namely boron salts.

Wood fibre is an insulation specially developed for the application of insufflation / injection into air chambers, both inside and outside the homes. And its application is also exceptional by blowing in lofts and uninhabited attics

Wood fibre has a low thermal conductivity of 0.039 w / mk, high thermal resistance, good fire performance Euro class Bs2-d0, good acoustic behaviour, a very high specific heat of 2110 joules, very high thermal lag and is not hydrophilic (bad behaviour against water) except in hydrophobic plates with paraffin (natural).

Cork

Granulated cork is the insulation obtained from the bark of the cork oak. The cork oak is peeled for the first time at thirty and every 12-15 years.

The cork can be marketed in solid form, in the form of sheets, in the form of plates or boards, also in blocks or in granular form. In bulk you can get different sizes, from large to smaller granules.

Cork is characterized by a long life and is totally inert. It is used inside the house or outside by means of insufflation or blowing application techniques

The cork is ecological, good for summer heat, is a good insulation against the cold and is acoustic, does not vibrate.

Sheep wool

In Spain it has always been traditional to obtain sheep wool for many uses, such as the manufacture of warm clothes, for example. And it was also typical to see sheep shearers in the villages. Well, sheep wool is the one obtained from this animal, from which 3 to 5 kg of raw material are obtained by shearing. After shearing, it is washed with soap and the product is treated with boric salts. In this simple way, the attack of xylophages is avoided while the flame-retardant properties are improved.

Subsequently, the carding is processed and it is shaped as irons, wallpaper or bulk wool. The size and thickness of the plates can change according to each manufacturer.

It is a very ecological insulation material, since its production consumes very little energy.

Three important characteristics of sheep’s wool are:

  • Conductivity of sheep wool = 0.040 – 0.050 W / (mK)
  • Density of sheep’s wool = 25 kg / m3 – 80kg / m3
  • Steam permeability of sheep wool u = 1-2

Cotton

Cotton cultivation is widespread in Asian countries, where it comes from. From the remains of the textile industry is where this insulation material is obtained. In an oven the remains of industrial cotton are undone and textile fibres are made that are moistened and pressed.

Cotton is a material of recent use in Europe as insulation, and is primarily used with the technique of bulk insufflation.

Its properties are:

  • Conductivity of cotton 0.04 w / m k
  • Density: 20-60 kg / m3
  • Vapor permeability u = 1-2
  • Specific heat capacity: 840-1300 J

Do you know how to act in a medical emergency?

In addition to calling an ambulance, the first thing you should try before a medical emergency is to observe the symptoms that the person or you have, in order to correctly inform the doctor who will assist you. This information is essential to establish your diagnosis and thus treat your case as it should.

We are often alarmed by a health emergency, but experts say that knowing how to act can make a difference, as it will help you better explain your symptoms so that the doctor makes a better diagnosis. Here they explain how to act in a medical emergency.

We are often alarmed by a health emergency, but experts say that knowing how to act can make a difference, as it will help you better explain your symptoms so that the doctor makes a better diagnosis. Here they explain how to act in a medical emergency.

The second, if you must wait for help, is to find that the person is as comfortable as possible and in a resting position: lying on the floor, but slightly inclined (or lying down, or sitting).

You should also take off your shoes so that the blood circulation remains stable. The key, however, is to remain calm, even if it is you who is suffering from a stroke or a heart attack. If you do, you can breathe better and follow the instructions while receiving help.

Here at Northcote Doc we will help you treat your asthma and have it under control. Contact us today and enjoy the services of true professionals in the health area.

A stroke or a heart attack

Rodney Gin, a specialist at the American Academy of Home Care Physicians, explains that the symptoms you should pay attention to are:

If the discomfort that is generated from the centre of the chest to the arm, which is not necessarily pain, can also feel like burning or numbness.

Difficulty breathing, excessive sweating, a feeling of indigestion or suffocation, nausea and vomiting and a high or irregular heartbeat, are other signs that may indicate that you begin to have a heart attack.

In the case of women there may also be jaw pain, severe fatigue and problems with sleep. 78% of patients have presented any unusual symptoms even months before a heart attack occurs. They often do not tell their family.

How to act if you are alone?

Although it may seem one of the logical steps, calling an ambulance, despair and anguish can cause you to ignore this detail, but the faster you report, the sooner help will arrive. Also, if you are as calm as possible, you can better attend to the recommendations.

People who have a heart attack need 325 mg of aspirin, for best results it is ideal to chew it before taking it, as this will release their assets directly into the stomach. This should be done only in case of emergency. It is only your cardiologist who can recommend you to take a pill of this type or not to maintain the health of your heart. All cases are different.

Because of how scary a heart attack is, walking in a hurry or panicking will make the problem worse. Relax as much as you can to keep your heart rate stable and allow air to reach your lungs.

You can lie on the floor on your back and put your feet up. Using the bed as a backup is a good idea, this will open the diaphragm, making it easier for you to breathe and provide oxygen to your blood.

Once you have taken the most important steps, you can call a family member to accompany you.

If a wound occurs

Usually, a puncture wound does not cause excessive bleeding. Often, the wound closes almost instantly. However, this does not mean that no treatment is needed. A puncture wound – such as stepping on a nail – can be dangerous due to the risk of infection.

This is how you should act:

  • Wash your hands. This helps prevent an infection and stop the bleeding. Apply gentle pressure with a bandage or with a clean cloth.
  • Clean the wound. Wash the wound with clean water. If dirt or debris remains in the wound after washing, use tweezers disinfected with alcohol to remove particles. If residues remain, consult a doctor. Clean the area around the wound with soap and a cloth.
  • Apply a thin layer of a cream or an antibiotic ointment (Neosporin and Polysporin). In some people, certain ingredients found in some ointments can cause a mild rash. If a rash appears, stop using the ointment.
  • Cover the wound. Bandages can help keep the wound clean and ward off harmful bacteria and change the bandage. Do this at least once a day, or when the bandage gets wet or dirty.
  • Look for signs of infection. Check with your doctor if the wound does not heal or if you notice redness, increased pain, drainage, heat or swelling.

When should you go to the emergency room?

If you continue to bleed after direct pressure for a few minutes: If it is the result of an animal or a human bite. If a cat or dog caused the injury, try to confirm that your rabies shots are up to date. If caused by a wild animal, seek medical advice to find out which animals are most likely to transmit rabies.

It is deep, dirty or performed with a metallic object: If the injured person has not been vaccinated against tetanus in the last five years and the wound is deep or dirty, the doctor may recommend the application of a reinforcement. The injured person must receive reinforcement within 48 hours of the injury.

How to act in case of drowning or suffocation?

  1. It is important that the person is placed on a hard surface, you should look in his mouth if there is any foreign element and take his pulse to determine how his breathing is.
  2. In the case of a foreign object, you can perform the “Heimlich manoeuvre”: get behind the person, pass a fist over the navel with the thumb towards the abdomen and cover the fist with the other hand. Press in and up quickly.
  3. If it is a respiratory arrest, try mouth-to-mouth breathing. Then call an ambulance as it is a medical emergency.

Bear in mind that you can keep your organism in optimal conditions, here at Northcote Medical you’ll find qualified professionals for this task. Count on us for an emergency.

Touring Around the most Important Cities of Greece

We will know a little about some cities in Greece both in ancient and modern Greece. Here at Nestoras College students learn about Greek traditions at no extra cost for their parents.

Athens

This is the capital of the country and the largest city that exists in it until today, with a population of 664,000 inhabitants although in its metropolitan area is about 3.8 million people this is the main centre of the country as it contains life, economic, cultural and political very active.

The history about this city has an origin of at least 3 thousand years old which is related as the most populous and ancient city in the world during the time of classical Greece was a large city state which began with the development of the maritime interest in which the port Pireto had a very important role for the country’s democracy.

It is also considered as a cultural centre named as since that is where many artists, writers and philosophers lived these thoughts towards the city had a contribution at the time where they had a good influence for the development of Greece Rome and culture in the the west is also a rich city full of archaeological remains of great importance, of which the most famous so far is that of Parthenon which is located in the Acropolis, apart from these Greek constructions, Roman and Byzantine buildings are also present, as well as some constructions Notable modern.

Olympia

In ancient times it was the headquarters where an important sanctuary was located and also where the Olympic games were held at that time, it was located at the foot of Monte cronio and on the right side of the Alfeo River.

The first remains of the archaeology of this monument are fragments of ceramics that belong to the fourth millennium before Christ, after the so-called bronze age were the remains of settlements among which a tomb found in the lower layers Pelopio (es a structure near the temple of Olympia), the temple of Olympia was very popular since the Olympic games were held every 4 years and were of great importance in the political games that were held at the time.

Temple of Zeus

During the classical period the temple of Zeus was built with its giant statue made of gold and ivory which was made by Phidias and this was also considered as one of the 7 wonders of the ancient world, near the temple of Zeus several materials were found which were used by this great sculptor. Due to the great offerings that Zeus was taking, he was the victim of many robberies for a time in ancient times. The flame that is used to sponsor the Olympic games is lit in the stadium of this city by means of the reflection of the solar light with parabolic mirror, after it is lit it is transported by means of a torch towards the place where the Olympic games will take place.

Santorini

This is one of the islands that make up the Aegean Sea. This is part of an archipelago of the Cyclades volcanic islands which are deployed from the Attica and the Peloponnese peninsula in the so-called continental Greece unfolding to Crete. The island emerged during the prehistoric era. Excavations that have been carried out showed that Santorini was part of the Minoan civilization, or that it had a great connection with Cretan culture but most of those tests were destroyed after the volcanic eruption in the year. 1650 before Christ.

Santorini Island

When this incident occurred, the city disappeared almost completely and only subsisted on the eastern side, thus forming the island as a crescent shape in front of this wide island, an empty volcano is located and flooded in its caldera, this island became at the main point of communication between east and west in the ninth century before Christ. Already in the year 630 the inhabitants arrived on the north coast of the African continent and there they founded the city of Cyrene the only colony of Thira that is in present-day Libya. During that classic era the island had no important role in the history of the Hellenics.

The Turks never colonized it since Santorini Island did not have great autonomy, as was the custom in much of the empire, the inhabitants always chose those who were going to represent them before the Ottoman and Venetian authorities, at that time Venice was who dominated the Mediterranean Sea during the years (1579-1821) after this ended piracy and international trade developed in a certain way.

Acropolis

When the second destruction of the palace was carried out, it continued with a dark and decaying phase but had to conform through the contribution of immigrants, that began the Archaic period in the eighth century before Christ the city regained its harmonious role over all Boeotia and its urban centre managed to expand from the city of Cadmea to the plain.

The sources in the literature refer to Thebes as the Polis in the urban mode, between the political and the territorial sense, the city appears in history as a low form of an oligarch government which protected the state through some rigid laws on the properties of goods and transmissions over time.

Trojan

This is an ancient city which is currently located on the hill of Hisarlik, in this city the strongest war that has happened in the history of the country developed, after centuries there is still a bit of that trojan among the rubble which thanks to an expedition that took place in 1871, great archaeological sites that were popular for that time came to light. The trojan that tells the story was inhabited at the beginning of the third millennium before Christ and is located in the Turkish province of Canakkale next to the Escamandro Simois and Janto rivers.

Buying a New House Australia: Guide for Foreigners

If you are planning a long-term or permanent move to Australia, buying a new house may be something you should consider for yourself and your family. If you are not a permanent resident in Australia, you can still buy property in Australia, although some restrictions apply.

Here at My Property Value we can help you out with the entire selling and purchasing process. Free from stress that usually comes with these procedures.

Foreign residents in Australia

If you are a foreign resident, you cannot buy residential housing established in Australia, either directly in your name or through a business or trust relationship. Severe penalties may be applied to break the law. You are classified as a non-resident foreigner by the FIRB if you have a visa that allows you to stay in Australia for 12 months or less.

However, foreign residents can purchase other types of Australian residential properties, including new homes, vacant lots and properties that will be remodelled, but must first obtain approval from the Foreign Investment Review Board (FIRB). The FIRB is a government regulatory body, created to ensure that property sales in Australia to non-residents are made in accordance with the law. An application and an application payment are required for the board to review your application before making the purchase.

Temporary residents in Australia

If you are a temporary resident, you can buy an established dwelling to live as your only residence in Australia, after obtaining approval from the Foreign Investment Review Board. The property cannot be rented as an investment property while you are a temporary resident, and you may be asked to sell the property if you leave Australia permanently.

You are classified as a temporary resident if you have a temporary visa, which allows you to remain in Australia for more than 12 months, and / or if you reside in Australia and have applied for a permanent visa, while you are on a bridge visa until a decision has been made in your application.

Subsidies for first time homebuyers

Some states offer incentives or subsidies for first-time homebuyers. Unfortunately, temporary residents do not qualify for these promotions. Some states, including NSW, Queensland and Victoria, also charge a higher purchase tax rate to non-resident homebuyers, this is to reduce the purchase of property by non-residents. Therefore, if you meet the requirements and qualify for permanent residence soon, or your spouse or partner will, it is sometimes worth waiting before making a purchase.

To be eligible for a subsidy for first-time homebuyers, you must generally buy property in Australia for the first time and it must be for living and not as an investment, you must be a permanent resident or citizen, and the value of the property can have to be below a specific dollar amount. At NSW, the value is currently $ 800,000 AUD or less.

Permanent residence

Once you obtain permanent residence, you have the full property purchase rights. You can buy a property for your exclusive use or as an investment. Permanent residents are also eligible to qualify for first-time homebuyer grants, if available in their state of residence.

FIRB approval is not necessary for these purchases, and permanent residents may have more opportunities to obtain housing loans than non-residents.

Good to know:

If you intend to buy a property in Australia, keep in mind that many taxes apply (insurance, purchase taxes, local taxes, etc.).

5 keys to buying a house

The most important investment of your assets requires all the attention, patience and foresight. We tell you what to consider before committing to a mortgage.

  1. The initial amount

It is very important that you have 20% of the total price of the house, which will be used for the down payment. You should also take into account that the processing costs (from revisions to notary) are equivalent to an extra 10%.

Do not forget that among the unforeseen costs is the property acquisition tax, and represents between 2 and 5.6% of the value of the property according to the entity where it is located.

  1. The importance of interest rates

There are fixed, mixed and variable. If you opt for the latter it means that your debt will be modified every year in relation to the UMA (Unit of Measurement and Update), which adjusts the price of your interests and fiscal obligations and replaces the measure of Minimum Wage Times.

  1. Check the environment and think for the future

Before deciding on a house, visit it during several moments of the day so that you can realize the noise, circulation and potential neighbours that you would have, as well as the services and transports that could be developed in the coming years; These aspects, taken together, increase or decrease the real value of the place.

  1. The location is determinant

Do not overlook the advantages for your daily life that your new home is close to your job and suits your family. If you plan to buy as an investment to sell in a short time, then focus on your current monetary value and investigate how quickly other houses have been sold in the area, so you will know how good the movement could be.

You must know: the price per square meter of a land varies according to the area of the country and whether it is built or not. Consult purchase-sale portals to know the average price of the site that you are interested in acquiring.

  1. Read between lines

Regardless of which institution you plan to finance your home, make sure you know the penalties for not paying the monthly payments on time; They can range from an increase in interest to the withdrawal of the loan. Watch out! Do not grant them the right to keep your property for non-payment. The longer the term of the debt, the capital payment is shorter, so you better opt for a loan of maximum 15 years.

TIP: Find out what the commissions are for opening your loan, if they offer the possibility of capital payment without penalty or if they charge monthly handling fees or insurance.

With My Property Value is the most accurate decision if you want to sell your property at the right price. Call us now for more information.

Couple holding hands in winter. A winter wedding allows more freedom of dates and romantic settings. As it is considered low season for weddings, there are more alternative dates available in these months. Thus, it is faster and easier to make churches and free rooms coincide on that day.

Couples who decide to get married and don’t have much time feel relieved in winter. They are sure that they have available a place for the link and do not need to be on waiting lists.

  1. Wedding costs decrease

In the same way that happens with tourist places, event rooms reduce their costs in winter. Different offers in the hiring of services appear everywhere in search of clients.

The bride and groom who organise a winter wedding can save a lot of money with these promotions. In fact, it is possible to pay much of the honeymoon with that difference in money.

  1. Increase the level of assistance

Not only are weddings less in winter, but most of the important holidays are held at other times. Therefore, guests do not have to choose between one event or another.

If you really want all the people on the list to accompany you at the ceremony, it is easier in winter. In addition, many hope to have something to celebrate on these quiet dates.

  1. Luxury winter images

Wedding couple in winter wedding. A winter wedding can be transformed into a unique event.

As in the fall, outdoor light in the winter is special for cameras. In turn, the landscapes also have a different tint, full of romanticism. If the snow is added, there is no doubt that it will be a wedding worthy of the movie screen. The different outfits such as capes, caps and caps look like in an advertisement. It is a true display of fashion, colours and affections. With the cold, everyone tends to get much closer in order to warm up.

  1. Schedule for a winter wedding

The advisable thing for the ceremonies in the winter period is that they are carried out during the day. The light favours photographs taken outside the church and the hall. It is also better for everyone to arrive when it is still not so cold. The rest of the evening will already be in a room.

The coordination of the times must be almost perfect so that neither the bride and the groom wait in the open at low temperatures. Ideally, there is a person responsible for organising and ordering the wedding phases.

  1. Wedding dress

Dresses with high volume and long sleeves with high necks prevail. A combination of fabrics in different embroideries make an unforgettable wedding dress.

Nor is it necessary to be so warm or warm, rather it is preferable to wear a white cape that covers the backs. Remember that then they will warm up with the movement during the party.

  1. Wardrobes

Each of the guests will wear enough shelter for the time they remain outside and for the return. However, they will be removed in the classroom and many wish to maintain good care of them.

It is necessary that there is a wardrobe attended at all times by a person in charge to avoid inconveniences. And, of course, it must be broad enough for everyone.

  1. The flowers of a wedding in winter

It will be more practical to make floral arrangements with those of each season.

The flowers are at all weddings and nobody can think of having a party without them. It is true that in winter it is more difficult to find the desired variety. In many cases, if they are achieved it is through importation and quite high prices.

Perhaps it is more practical and according to the date chosen to make floral arrangements for winter weddings with the seasonal plants. They provide a delicate themed decoration with its colours and light effects.

  1. Creamy cakes

It is recommended that the wedding cake be more creamy and bulky decorations. As decoration of it, it is better ornaments made with the same cream and maybe some natural leaves.

9 Tips to Decorate a Wedding in the Country

The wedding season is getting closer and that is why, today, we bring you 10 tips to decorate a wedding in the country.

We have raised today’s post as a tour of all those details that are important and should not be missed. We will begin with the ceremony, we will pass by the place of the appetizers and the dinner and finally we will finish with the most fun moment, the moment of the dance.

A wedding day is full of unforgettable moments. Since the bride and groom begin to prepare until the last guest goes home, many things happen that make each wedding unique and special.

When planning a wedding, planning is basic. And it is not only for the bride and groom, who have to coordinate a lot of suppliers so that everything goes perfectly (the role of Wedding Planners is usually necessary more times than we think), but also for photographers.

Here at My Ideal Wedding we provide you with everything you need for a memorable weeding that will leave everyone surprised. We will help you find the most adequate places in Australia for anything you look for when organising a memorable wedding, from bridesmaid dresses to makeup, wedding planning, cakes, decoration, flowers, photographers and many other aspects that are important for a wedding.

  1. Access Gate

Keep in mind that in outdoor ceremonies, unlike ceremonies in a church or a City Hall, there is no door through which the bride makes her entrance. For that reason, the first advice we leave you is that you should frame and give importance to the entrance of the bride. For this there is nothing better than creating a false gate, that highlights the entry of both the guests and the bride.

The field is nature, freedom … Do not hesitate to use natural elements such as wood and if they are recycled / recovered, better than better! and of course the decoration with flowers and natural plants is something that can not be missing.

  1. The hall

After passing through our “false” access door, the path that leads to the nervous boyfriend, is another space that you should pamper. In itself, the path is defined and defined by the chairs of our guests, but that is not enough, we must make it have charm and for this there is nothing better than using flowers.

At a wedding in the countryside, what is most used and what is best are the bouquets, you can use metal cubes as containers, a combination that we love.

  1. The altar

The altar, the place where the bride and groom give themselves the yes, I want to!

A chic and romantic touch? you can use light fabrics that have movement with the air. If you are looking for simplicity, a discreet porch with wild flowers is the best option for your wedding in the countryside.

  1. Centrepiece décor

Throughout the entire space where the wedding will take place, we must create different centrepieces that will help to understand the guests where they are, in addition to decorating and creating pleasant atmospheres.

For them, do not stop using natural elements; Bales of straw, wooden boxes, bouquets of flowers and most importantly, small wooden signs that will help, as we told you to place the guests at all times.

The centrepieces with important since they are responsible for decorating the tables along with the utensils.

In an outdoor wedding we can play with flowers and candles. You have to be able to create a simple, cheerful and rustic touch centrepiece! But the most important thing is that the centrepiece does not divert attention from the most important of this type of wedding: The wonderful natural environment in which they develop.

  1. Snack and soda tables

After the ceremony and before sitting down for lunch or dinner, it’s snack time. A moment where centrepieces with drinks and snacks have the full attention of our guests.

The set has to follow the same line of identity; natural materials, flowers and plants.

  1. The tables

In a country wedding, the most important thing is that the elements we use blend in with the surroundings. Wooden chairs, light-coloured linens, floral centres.

  1. What if it rains? And if it is very sunny?

When you decide to have an outdoor wedding, the thing that will surely not let you fall asleep until the day of the celebration is time. Whether it rains, the most feared by the bride and groom! As if it is very sunny, that sometimes, this can be more annoying than the rain itself. For this, there is nothing better than placing a tent, with it we continue to maintain the idea of an outdoor wedding, but without being afraid that the weather will disturb your moment.

  1. When the night falls

Once dinner is over, night falls and the lights come on. The lights that you must use must be warm and must create a romantic and intimate atmosphere. They are not lighting to see things clearer but to enjoy.

You can play with lights hanging from the tree branches, lights for example from paper and with lights distributed on the ground.

  1. The dance

Finally, the moment of the dance. The occasion where the guests and especially the bride and groom give free rein to their happiness. For your wedding in the country, we recommend a wooden platform, simple hanging lights and good music, it is all that is needed to end the party.

If running is not walking, why wearing running shoes for walking?

Today there are sneakers for all needs. Also, for walking fans. Does resorting to a ‘running’ shoes entail any risk?

Shoes for pronators, for supinators, for flat feet, for novice runners, for marathon runners, for those who run on treadmills, for fitness adherents and even yoga … for each and every one of them a specific product has been designed. The increasing specialisation in the field of sneakers leads to anyone who prefers to practice the serene sport of walking to wonder: do we have to settle for a running shoe when we do not run? The detractors of “a shoe for everything” claim that you may end up suffering back pain, you risk injury or suffer perspiration problems. Let’s see what is true in all this.

But running is one thing and walking, another. While in running the foot strikes the ground for short periods of time and with a considerable impact, when walking it makes a rocking movement, so that the weight rolls from the heel and continues to the toes. As expert podiatrists point out, the walking movement is less aggressive and implies a lower impact of our locomotor system on the ground.

The running shoes are prepared to absorb large workloads that really do not take place when walking. Experts do not consider this overprotection to be negative: “What is good for running is also for walking. Our feet will be more protected and the rest of our joints, ankle, knee, hip and even spine, will also suffer less impact.

Other experts think that walking requires more complete cushioning, and that doing so with running shoes can lead to impact injuries such as plantar fasciitis, fractures and tendonitis. Running shoes that are comfortable and fit for our feet can prevent injuries such as blisters and corns.

In fact, there are walking shoes: designed for walking, not for running. They are manufactured to be more flexible through the heel ball, and thus allow a greater range of movement through the arch of the plant. They also have greater arch support to protect where the force is heaviest on the foot. Running shoes, on the other hand, have more cushioning in the heel – the point of impact – and less protection through the ball of the foot. The amount of heat generated in the running movement is greater, so running shoes are also made with a greater amount of mesh to keep the feet cool during exercise.

Comfort before anything else, says science

In a recent study from the University of Calgary (Canada) they wanted to prove scientifically if specialized footwear could alter the way an athlete runs and thus reduce their injuries. The results were surprising: what really lessens injuries is that the footwear “be comfortable.” Dr. Nigg, who led the investigation, explains in his conclusions that “our body is an excellent judge and when we ignore or fight against our bodies (wearing inappropriate shoes) increases the risk of injury.” Therefore, and for those To those who do not like to walk with a running shoe (although it is more comfortable than a Saturday in a tracksuit), expert podiatrists recommend “casual type footwear”, although the specialist remembers that after an hour of walking he a running shoe seems more appropriate.

Another aspect to consider is related not to our health but to that of the shoes: if we use them for running and walking, they will last less. A sneaker will end up suffering deformations due to its “overuse after its useful life”. Then it will be time to invest in a new pair of shoes.

What do the Colours and Typography of the Brand mean?

The brand image is a somewhat forgotten topic in SMEs and that large companies exploit to the fullest, but the truth is that the colours and fonts we use for our brand say a lot about us, whether we are big or small.

The fonts and colours that we use in our corporate identity are not minor issues, rather the opposite. Your choice will directly influence our brand image, that is, the way consumers perceive our identity as a brand in their mind. Hence, it is a choice that we must make conscientiously, trying to capture both our personality and values, without ever losing sight of our target.

Each colour and each typography have a different meaning and, although the person who sees them has no design knowledge, they will feel certain emotions and sensations without realising it. Therefore, if we use the psychology that both colours and fonts hide behind, we can create a brand image that conveys what we want our potential customers to perceive of our business. In addition, we will reach our target audience more easily.

If our target is a middle-aged male sector, we should not use the same colours as if we are targeting a teenage female audience. And the same goes for typographies.

If you want a leading provider of printing services helping you establish your brand, here at Morning Star Press you will find more than 50 years of combine experiences ensuring you have the best and most solid image in your area of business.

Did you know that orange stimulates appetite and blue reduces it?

That whoever sees our brand image perceives us as a modern, close, classic, traditional or trust-inspired company, is in our hands as long as we use the right colours and fonts for it.

On the contrary, a bad choice of colours and fonts that will be part of our corporate identity can result in the consumer getting a wrong idea of our company and that our brand image does not correspond at all with what We intended to transmit.

Colours and typography serve to create a brand image and transmit the values of the organisation to the public. Attributes such as modernity, classicism, exclusivity, trust or closeness are associated with specific tonalities and types of letters. Consumer psychology is a very important factor and, if we choose poorly, our brand image will be different from what we want to convey, and those may opt for other options of the competition, so graphic design is something very to keep in mind for our business to work.

Keep in mind the meaning of colours, fonts and shapes, to know what you are transmitting in your brand image

The company Tasty Placement has carried out a study in which it shows us the colours and the most used typographic families in the corporate identity of the main companies of the planet. From it we can highlight that, in terms of colours, blue is preferred by companies to create their brand image, since 37 percent of them use it, followed by red and black, used by 27 per hundred. On the contrary, the colour less used as corporate colour would be purple, a colour that only 2 percent of companies use.

Black. Denotes authority and makes you feel slenderer. It also transmits power, mystery and strength, and is often used to gain elegance and design.

Grey. It indicates sophistication, past times and builds trust. It is a neutral colour, which is why it is often used accompanying other colours, and replacing black to remove hardness.

White. Simplicity, light and cleanliness. It transmits goodness, purity, innocence and spirituality, in addition to being indicated in hygiene and health services and products.

Red. It is an energetic colour and creates a feeling of intensity and aggressiveness, but also of love and passion. Indicated to increase the visibility of specific elements, and to warn of errors or dangers.

Pink. It is the colour of love and true love. It represents feminine qualities and stimulates tenderness and sensitivity. It also has an innocent part, so it is suitable for a pre-adolescent and child target.

Yellow. Informal colour that is associated with light, concentration and dominance. It transmits happiness, intelligence and joy, but it is a delicate colour since too much yellow could become overwhelming.

Orange. Stimulates appetite, gives us a feeling of warmth, and is the colour of creativity. It is perfect for products and services related to creativity, youth and food.

Green. Environment, calm, refreshing, wealth. It is a colour related to freedom, youth and health, and transmits security in a somewhat more informal way than blue.

Blue. Sea, peace, freshness, loyalty … We associate it with sincerity, trust, stability and depth, and it is very suitable for technology, health and cleanliness but never for food as it reduces appetite.

Purple. Luxury, romanticism, sophistication and money. It is a colour that we associate with religion and royalty and can produce some nostalgia, melancholy and sadness.

Brown. Strength, authenticity and security. It is a very masculine and stable colour that we also associate with nature, so it is appropriate to use it in products for men, wines, rural accommodation …

Meaning of the typography

As far as typography is concerned, Helvetica is the star source, with 21 percent of companies that use it in their logos. 63 percent of brands prefer Sans Serif typefaces, 12 percent choose Slab, 11 percent use Script, and only 8 percent use a Serif family typeface for their brand image.

Why this data? What do these font families mean?

  • They are associated with modernity, security, joy and stability. The most common are Helvetica, Verdana, Arial, Tahoma and Bauhaus, and LinkedIn is an example of a brand that uses this type of font in its logo.
  • Script Creativity, elegance, affection and seduction. Some fonts of this family are Lobster, Brush, Great Vibes and Edwardian, and Cadillac is one of the brands that has chosen this typeface for its brand image.
  • Slab Modernity, solidity, strength and boldness. Rockwell, Courier, Bevauo and Museo are some of the sources of this family and brands like Volvo or Sony use them.
  • Modern Intelligence, style, technology, trend … This type of font is used by Absolut Vodka for example, and among its fonts we find some such as Futura, Majoram, Infinity or Matchbook.
  • Serif Authority, tradition, respect and security. Sources like Book Antigua, Garamond or Times New Roman are some of the ones we find in this family, and Google without going any further is a clear example of who prefers them for their brand image.

Before creating the corporate identity of our business, it is more than advisable to take a look at what the different colours and fonts convey, so we will ensure that we choose the right ones so that our brand image is a ten.

Want to Know about Corals in your Aquarium. Find it How?

Before going on to detail the care that corals need in an aquarium it will be convenient for you to be clear about exactly what corals are in order to act correctly, and once you know what they are, you can learn how they behave and how they feed.

For more information about having fish as pets in your house, the benefits they provide and how you can lower maintenance costs of this wonderful pets in your house or building you can visit our website: Guppy’s Aquarium Products. Contact us today for more information.

What exactly are corals?

The first thing you should be clear about is that corals, despite their plant appearance, are not and are not coloured stones, or decoration that moves. Corals are living beings that belong to the animal world, surprised? As animals they belong to the group of Cnidarians (they have stinging cells that they use to defend themselves or capture prey so be careful when handling them) and they need minimal living conditions.

Important

As a curiosity we tell you that their closest relatives are jellyfish and anemones.

Actually, as a general rule, each coral is made up of clusters of many small animals called polyps. And if you dare and are very careful you can try to cut them, so that each piece continues to live separately with its independent animals. If you look closely you will see that they are cylindrical in shape and that they have tentacles at the top and a single hole that serves as mouth-anus through which they feed and make their needs.

Roughly speaking, corals can be divided into two large groups:

  • Soft corals, for which maintenance becomes more or less easy.
  • Tough corals, for which you have to be a little more careful to maintain stable values in the elements such as calcium, strontium or magnesium and important parameters such as pH or kH to be able to form your calcium carbonate skeleton.

How do corals feed?

If you dare to have corals in your aquarium, with all this that we have told you about corals you can think that it will be difficult to feed them but fortunately, in most cases, feeding is a more or less simple task, Since the zoonxantheles microscopic algae that are installed in the body of the corals help them to live through a symbiosis: by making photosynthesis they provide the nutrients for the coral polyps to survive. In return, corals offer algae protection against predators. A kind of barter in which they exchange sugars for safety.

This is why it is very important that in your marine aquarium with photosynthetic corals you install good lighting, so that these algae can obtain food well through photosynthesis. Specifically, the light that these algae most like is blue (also called actinic), hence it is so important that you include at least 1/3 of blue light on the screen.

Marine led light

To calculate the amount of light you need you can guide yourself with this scale: 1W per liter of water. Although everything will depend on other factors such as the height of the aquarium, the type of light, etc. It will also be advisable to make water changes (conditioned with a good salt) as often as possible, to be able to replenish the minerals and trace elements that corals consume from water constantly. Try adding vitamins and amino acids to the water from time to time that help corals to be in good health.

How do corals behave?

Do not think that because they cannot move actively, they do not need a certain vital space between them. If they are too cuddled, they can face each other, even one of them dies. Therefore, be careful to keep them separate.

Another important factor is to choose the fish with which they live together, since some, such as butterfly fish, feed exclusively on their polyps. So if you don’t want to run out of coral, don’t mix them!

The importance of ecology

Finally, we would like to highlight that for reasons such as global warming, acidification of marine waters, etc., the aquarium ecosystem is in danger. So much so that all hard corals are grouped in the CITES II international protection category, so illegal trade in corals is strictly prohibited. For this reason, you must contribute to the cause and acquire them only in specialised stores where they assure you that they have been obtained with the greatest possible care and respect, complying with all regulations. Also, if you travel somewhere where corals live in their natural habitat like a beach or a reef, be very careful not to hurt them.

A window to the ocean at home

Marine fish tanks with coral reefs are the most expensive for those who want to have a replica of aquatic life in their living room; the big ones cost up to $ 200,000.

A faint wave of seawater caresses the coral reef, while a group of multi-coloured fish roams the live rocks, in the very noses of a hermit crab. The scene is produced in the living room of the home, but it is not part of a documentary about aquatic life: it is an instant inside a luxury fish tank, the closest thing to a piece of ocean inside the house itself.

To talk about premium aquariums is to talk about large glazed structures, ranging from 500 to 3000 litres, and that recreate the marine habitat around a coral reef. To give yourself the pleasure of having the greatest of them, you have to count on $ 100,000, just to buy the fish tank and all the equipment that will make it work properly. Completing the “album” with different species will require another $ 100,000.

Remember that you if you are looking for a good online shop where you can buy anything you need for your aquarium from the comfort of your house, here at Guppy’s Aquarium Products you will find them

Flyers, Keys when Advertising Restaurants

Among all the possibilities offered by offline advertising, the distribution of flyers is one of the most used techniques in the catering sector thanks to its strong impact on proximity campaigns.

Stop Doing these things to Protect your Car Service Life

These are some “Must NOT” tips to apply on your daily life if you use a car all the time. It is important to take the car service every six months and always make sure that the input levels are correct. It’s also good to know what not to do and these are some things that skilled mechanics have to say.

Alpha Mobile Mechanics offers excellent mobile services, so you no longer need to worry about taking your car to a service station. Contact us today for more information about our services.

  1. Starting the car as if there was no tomorrow

When you start the car in the morning, especially in winter, heating the engine with strong throttles is a bad idea. The oil and components have not yet reached the ideal temperature … and being less protected will accelerate wear on the vehicle’s engine.

As we reminded you in our tips to start the car cold, wait a few seconds for the oil to reach the circuit and then always accelerate progressively.

  1. Pushing the clutch so much… And leaning on the shift lever

The clutch is one of the most punished elements of the car. As it works by friction, it suffers wear every time it is stepped on. That is why you do not have to rest your feet on it without need (there is an overexertion that affects the disc and all the pieces that act on it).

Another bad habit is to use the shift lever as an armrest. Without knowing it, you are pressing the internal mechanisms of the change, which wears out and causes slacks in synchronisers, bearings … In the long term it translates into vibrations and that the gear of the gears is more imprecise. You know, use the lever only to change gears … and better do it gently. And in automatic changes, never try to start pushing it (use the tweezers), or drive in neutral. You will only get to stunt it.

  1. Using the brakes too much … or not do it

Depressing the brake pedal too long can accelerate the wear of the discs and pads, deform the discs, which create vibrations in the steering wheel when braking and deteriorating the brake fluid, making the brake system less fatigue resistance. As we told you in our tips to raise and lower mountain passes, use the engine brake lowering gear. This will keep the brakes and you can control the car better. And finally, do not rush the pads and shoes too much … change them in much cheaper than renewing the set of discs and drums.

If on steep slopes sometimes we abuse the brakes too much, when we face a speed bump, many times we do not. It is true that our dear mayors have liked to place too many (they can only rival roundabouts), but we must stop when we meet one. If you do not, you run the risk of bursting a tire, or causing problems at the suspension anchor points.

  1. Move the address with the car stopped

Avoid manipulating the address with the car stopped. Think that, at least, on tires, wheels and suspension there is a ton of weight … the tires can deform and the suspensions become unbalanced, with damaged bearings. In addition, you can wear the steering rack, which will lead to slack driving. It is true that now the vast majority of cars have power steering, in which this problem is not so serious … but in them you should never turn the steering wheel to the limit. If you do force the mechanism (the steering pump itches in a vacuum) and it will break down sooner.

Arrived at this point, we cannot ignore those who climb curbs with the car to park. Sometimes it is inevitable (we all do it). Try to climb the lower area and slowly, because you can deteriorate the suspension settings and end up unbalancing tires and tires, causing vibrations in the steering wheel. And when parking, if the tires do not touch the curb, the better. These “pinches” against the concrete wear the tires a lot and it is easier for blowouts to occur, in addition to damaging the bearings.

  1. Driving with the car in reserve

Yes, your car is capable of moving with less than five litres of fuel in the tank, but the fuel pump doesn’t like anything. This element (in cars with electronic injection) is submerged in the tank, so there must be enough fuel to ensure lubrication and cooling of the pump. So, make sure that the car does not circulate in reserve, since the pump may be out of order.

  1. Do not leave your car oil too long

Do not let more than three months go by without changing oil, if it is synthetic oil it can be up to six months without you having to do it, but never more than that. The oil lubricates thousands of components that run through your vehicle and allows it to run efficiently. When it does not change constantly it becomes thicker and instead of improving the performance it damages it.

  1. Ignore the warnings

If the board has an icon that you do not know, it is best to review the manual to find out what is happening. Never let a warning remain on the board, because even if you don’t feel the car has any damage, it may soon show it.

  1. Do not leave the gasoline tank empty

Although gasoline is usually clean, it is not saved from different particles that accumulate at the bottom of the tank, so it is always advisable to fill the tank when the needle reaches a quarter of the tank. It is also important because many times the pumps work better completely submerged, since it is the humidity that makes them measure the level of gasoline correctly.

Here at Alpha Mobile Mechanics you are also part of the team, so we explain every detail related to the process and keep you aware of the way we complete this process.

7 Reforms to Invest in to Leave your Home

The good weather arrives and with it the desire to renew ourselves. That’s why one day you open the door of the house and suddenly you know it: it’s time to give it a new face and make a reform. We may be very clear about what we want to change, or maybe not, but what we do feel is that our home needs remodelling. In any case, it should be clear that a reform can become a nightmare if it lacks organization and that begins with the budget.

According to the surveys, more than 65% of people point to the large outlay that the reforms entail as a reason to justify the lack of repair of household damage. The fear of not having enough money to face the reform of a home or lack of time paralyses many homeowners to perform a” lift “to the house. But it is possible to make small renovations that entail major improvements with little effort and without scratching the pocket a lot: put vinyl coverings, anti-humidity paint, cover the kitchen furniture with gloss or matt vinyl, or paint the bathroom walls with synthetic enamels.

Remember that if you want to give your house a new aspect, and bring your decoration an innovative touch, here at ASC Building Supplies we can help you. Contact us today and our professional team will be ready to assist you and clear any doubts you have related to our top vinyl floors for your home.

You have to be clear about the objective of the reform: a change of style is not the same as modernising an old house, where you have to fix from the pipes to the walls. In the latter case, the reform can be tremendous.

  • Paint heals everything. It is clear that the main advantage of painting a house is aesthetic: we get a new environment and renovate the space. But painting also disinfects. The paint has a series of agents that removes all types of mites that are hidden in small holes and corners (especially lime paint, which has a high bactericidal power). In addition, it helps eliminate embedded odours such as tobacco and make the walls and space breathe again. But a hand of paint can be a very high cost item, especially if you have to remove tiles from the wall before you can get to work, but if what is intended is to reduce costs in the reform, the best option will be to paint on tiles.
  • Renew the floors. An economic option that does not require work to change the floor is to use vinyl or self-adhesive linoleum. This is a solution in which it is easily placed above the old one and they are resistant to moisture. Another option is the resin floor or the floating floor. None of these materials require work and are 30% cheaper than tiling.
  • Sliding doors are trending. For a couple of seasons, this type of door gets along very well with industrial style decoration, but the truth is that there are sliding doors of all styles: modern, rustic, glass, wood, etc. In addition to beautiful spaces, they save space and are an interesting solution for small spaces.
  • Throw a partition to gain breadth. Knocking down a partition is one of the simplest works and with the best value for money. With little investment, you can totally transform a space, allowing the entry of natural light into the rooms, in addition to connecting and expanding the environments. On the other hand, open spaces had never been as fashionable as they are today.
  • Illuminate correctly. To reduce costs a previous analysis of the distribution of the house with which we know exactly where we need more or less lighting is essential. The way to reduce the cost is to reduce as much as possible the number of plugs or points of light to install. A common practice that reduces costs is to take advantage, as far as possible, of existing channelling, while to hide cables from lamps or extensions, plastic gutters can be used, which can then be painted in the tone of the wall or ceiling.
  • Give the kitchen a new air. It is one of the key rooms of the house. The cabinets can be lined with gloss or matte vinyl that, combined with antique furniture, will completely change the aesthetics of an old kitchen. The same happens with the walls, replacing the tiles is expensive and cumbersome, on the contrary, they can be renewed by painting them, applying a resistant paper or a special vinyl that will also cover any damage. Other tricks that work are changing the handles of the cabinets and doors, putting colourful curtains or decorating a wall with some striking element.
  • Play with the decoration. Neutral colours and simple basic furniture lines are the least risky and economical option. The reform can be aesthetic and functional at the same time, but many times we forget: we choose what we like the most and thus we make the reform more expensive.

Bear in mind to keep in high regard these aspects:

Increase space

Another quite economical option that can give a lot of value to a home is simply to throw partitions to create larger spaces and give a feeling of spaciousness, in addition to taking better advantage of the surface.

A typical example is to remove the wall between the living room and the dining room in a home, or between the living room and the corridor, so that as soon as you enter the home  you will see a large and cosy space. Keep in mind that many times throwing partitions can involve touching up the floors.

Improve storage capacity

In many old houses, to store clothes and other things, furniture such as cabinets and drawers are placed, which visually dwarf the rooms. Therefore, it is worth considering the construction of one or more built-in closets, which go unnoticed in the design of the house, in addition to having a very large storage capacity, since they extend from the floor to the ceiling.

In order to make the decision it is convenient to know a little the types of wood appropriate for this purpose. Here at ASC Building Supplies you will find an unmatched option for deluxe luxury vinyl flooring that will be an excellent choice for any type of flat floor.

Types of wood for pergolas

The European ones:

Within the group of European, which seem to be most appropriate in the first instance, we have the Swedish Pine, Swedish Fir, Oak, Linden, Natural Beech, Ash, Sycamore and Chestnut.

The Americans:

American woods, for obvious reasons can have higher costs. However, it is important to mention them, since there are some forests that have migrated from the new continent to European lands. They are: The American Oak, The Cherry, The Red Cedar, The Oregon Pine, The Maple and the Walnut.

What can be the best woods for pergolas?

Since the offer is so extensive, we must consider some aspects. As we have already mentioned, resistance to climatic factors is a very important one. However, colour and texture are also.

The hardness of the wood.

There are hardwoods and other softwoods. Of course, the woods for ideal pergolas must be hard. If we consider this factor, definitely conifers, such as Pine, offer the best guarantees. The hardness of the woods, is given by the age of the tree. Hardwoods correspond to trees that take many more years to reach adulthood, than those of softwoods. This makes them more expensive.

Dry or new woods?

Dry wood is appropriate, and it is even more so if it has been immunised and waterproofed, which are two conditions that wood for pergolas must have. The “green” wood still contains large amounts of moisture that, in bad weather conditions, will make it less durable. If installed in summer, the wood will dry but change its size and the structure will weaken.

Wood pergola: types and characteristics

The wooden pergolas are built in patios and gardens to create a space for shading and sheltering from the rain. They also manage to enhance a space and generate an outdoor environment where it is usually the most common material to build pergolas, although nowadays it is aluminium, iron, brick and even concrete. But wood remains the preferred element origins.

The word pergola comes from the Italian and shares the tradition of the “green tunnels” of the they functioned as an element of passage, and it was the arbour – with similar structure. Although the pergola today can fulfil both functions, it is generally an item that comes the tradition of using climbing plants to provide a green roof to the pergola.

Softwoods such as pine or eucalyptus are easier to work with but resist hard as quebracho, lapacho, or curupay are more difficult to work but offer Sun. If the pergola will be built on the ground, it is advisable to fill the longer life, especially for softwood columns. It is also commonly used of pergola.

Structure

The wooden pergolas are formed with columns that mark out a rectangular space.

The columns are made with wooden beams equal in size to the wider thickness to ensure that the structure is solid. The beams length they support an open lattice that is placed perpendicular to the beams.

Various types of roof according to the style of pergola:

  • Pergolas of wood and polycarbonate: They are conformed by plates of wooden lattice. The alveoli run in the direction of the roof slope contains UV protection is the one that is placed up.
  • Cane pergolas: These can have the cane roof and the structure made of cane. In this case, the construction uses hemp or jute ropes to tie the clubs.

It should always be treated with an impregnating paint. A canvas awning or other fabric can be combined with a pergola giving a space.

The construction of a wooden pergola depends on where it will be located

If the pergola was raised against the outer wall of a house – in the patio or in the start by screwing a beam against the outer wall. This beam will be the support for the perpendicular beams that will join this beam with another.

The second step is to place and jar the columns, ensuring they are of the correct height flat or with slope. The columns – also wooden beams of a suitable thickness bolted to the floor. It must be ensured that they remain as vertical as possible.

The next step is to place the longitudinal beam that joins the two columns. Now you can place brackets that join the beam bolted to the wall with the beam what between 50 and 60 cm.

The roof can be made with a treillage, with wooden braces placed perpendicular option is a cloth awning. When the pergola is raised in the garden, you start with the four columns.

These will be buried at a depth of at least 15 cm. It is preferable to fill beams that function as columns and to stabilise the structure. Two longitudinal beams are placed on the columns, pulling them together.

How long does a car battery last?

The first thing you should know is that the battery has a certain lifespan. As much as we take care of it, it’s going to run out at some point. The average battery life of a vehicle is around 4 years. However, there are situations that can cause early wear, such as the usual temperature of the place where the car is used.

Ideally, pay attention to signs of fatigue to avoid further complications. If your car does not have a warning light, you can ask your mechanic to check the condition of the terminals, the quality of the ignition, etc. It is good to know that an aging battery will produce intermittent electrical failures. When you notice engine start problems, the end of the battery is near.

  1. Stepping on the clutch when starting the engine

One of the customs that damages the car the most is not to step on the clutch when starting the car. Remember that the clutch moves the gears to an optimal point to make a speed change so if you do not press it before starting the car, the engine is required to make greater effort to move the gears.

  1. Do not force the start of the engine

It has all happened to us that the car does not want to start but the last thing we have to do is turn the key constantly (or the power button) without leaving a minute between each attempt.

Forcing the start of the car requires unnecessary battery consumption in addition to engine wear. It is best to wait at least half a minute between each attempt. It should be noted that if this happens constantly to your car, it is most likely that it has a breakdown and it will be better to take it to a workshop for review.

  1. Let’s use the legs for very short trips

Going out to the store or just driving for less than 10 minutes erodes the battery life. This happens because it takes a few minutes for the alternator to recharge the battery, if there is not enough time, the battery will be discharged every time.

  1. Disconnect everything before turning off the car

This is a tip to extend the life of your battery. When you start the car, all components that use electricity and are on, will have a battery consumption so you should make a greater effort.

To avoid this, before turning off the car, we must try to turn off all electrical systems and disconnect any charger or cable that is in the current of our vehicle.

  1. Keep everything off

A very similar advice to the previous one, is to keep everything off when we stop the car. This includes the radio, headlights and internal lights to avoid unnecessary consumption. Luckily some modern vehicles have alerts about the electric devices on. If this is not the case with your vehicle, you should pay attention not to leave them on.

  1. Take care of the low temperatures

The care of your car in low temperatures is very important and more if we talk about the battery because it can wear it more.

If the temperature in your area is less than 5 ° C, evaluate the possibility of looking for an inn or a parking lot. The wear of the car in the cold not only includes the battery but also the mirrors, oils, gaskets and tires.

  1. Extra electrical equipment

If you decide to install extra sound or video equipment in your car, make sure it is compatible with your vehicle as some may consume too much energy. It is also important that you have a professional for the installation because if you do not do it well a discharge can damage the battery.

Consider installing a piece of higher power if you decide to install a larger capacity electrical system.

  1. Always clean joints

The battery connections may have rust or corrosion over time. It is important to clean it to take advantage of all the battery power. In the same way, verify that all joints and cables are not stripped or worn.

  1. Leaving the car stopped for a long time

One of the consequences of leaving the car for a long time is that the battery is discharged, especially when it is an old vehicle.

It is advisable to start the car at least once every 20 days and drive for 20 or 30 kilometres to avoid wear of the parts.

  1. Disconnect the battery

Finally, if you leave your car for a long time stopped it will be best to disconnect the battery to prevent it from discharging or suffering another damage.
