With the increasingly urban lifestyle – and little exercise – sugar can no longer be abused. People dedicated to the business of making slushies usually say that many people ask them for the recipes and they always mention that the secret is to use the best natural ingredients and add some honey or condensed milk to enhance the flavour.
The versatility of the honey allows it to be combined practically with any fruit and its unparalleled flavour makes it stand out from other sweeteners.
Fruit juices are the key
The juices of these fruits – or others – are poured over frappe or crushed ice. If you do not have a frappe ice machine, it is obtained by liquefying ice cubes in a blender with ice crushers or by placing them in a plastic bag and crushing them with a rolling pin or any other heavy kitchen utensil. Using a great slushy machine is also a good option.
Frappe ice is also obtained directly from refrigerators or refrigerators that come with a crushed ice dispenser. To give a touch of elegance to the slushy with natural flavours, you can use pieces of fruit that were used to make the juice or syrup. It can also be decorated with a spice of cinnamon or mint leaves or basil.
Sadly, not everyone has a slushy machine but that does not mean we cannot be creative and do something about it. Although you can rent your slushy machine here at Snow Flow South Wales.
